1、每一規格功率的不銹鋼水泵配置同一功率的自動控制箱；

2、控制箱置于無直接日曬雨淋、通風良好的環境，避免強烈震動；

3、無空氣開關的規格品科，需在電源輸入端外接空氣開關（或三相閘刀開關）作隔離開關及短路保護；

4、保險絲選定：熔斷電流=電機額定電流X（1.5~2)；

5、按機內及說明書的附圖，拉設并接好三相電源線，電機線和水位電極線。水位電極線對線徑要求不嚴，主要考慮架空強度。

6、各電極線、電極塔（池）井壁之間不得短路；

7、水源充足，水位不會降至水泵進水口的場合，可以不裝“井電極”，但必須將主線路板上部的微型撥動開關撥至右邊（或在接線端子上將“井極”和“回路”用導線短接）。反之則應撥至左邊；

8、開機前應仔細檢查，確認安裝接線正確無誤，三相電源電壓正常，無缺相現象，符合使用條件，方可開機。

　　（1）水位自控加電子保護：將主線路板頂部的微型扭子開關撥至右邊即為水位自控；再將面板上 的主令開關旋至“左”端即為電子保護。

　　（2）手控電子保護：將主線路板扭子開關撥向左邊即為手控，面板主令開關仍旋至“左”端。

　　（3）繼電保護：將面板主令開關旋至“右”端即可。此時主電路板不起作用。

　　（4）應優先使用電子保護功能。

　　（5）缺相、超載保護功能試驗：

主線路板下部右邊的四個微動按鈕，上面一個是超載試驗，下面三個是缺相試驗。在水泵正常運轉狀態， 分別按下其中一個按鈕不動，均應在5秒鐘內自動跳閘，并自鎖。說明故障保護功能正常。每次自動跳閘后，應先復位，即將主令開關旋至“停止”位置，靜待15 秒種，即可重新正常開機。

7, sufficient water, water level will not be reduced to the water pump inlet of the occasion, can not install "well electrode", but must be the main circuit board of the upper part of the micro-toggle switch to the right (or in the terminal block "well pole" and "loop" with wire short connection). Conversely, should be dialed to the left;

8, before the boot should be carefully checked to confirm the installation wiring is correct, three-phase power supply voltage is normal, no phase phenomenon, in line with the use of conditions, before the boot.

　　(1) Automatic control of water level and electronic protection: the main circuit board at the top of the micro-twist switch to the right is the water level control; then the main switch on the panel to the "left" side is the electronic protection.

　　(2) Hand-controlled electronic protection: the main circuit board twist switch dial to the left is the hand control, the panel main switch still rotating to the "left" end. (3) Relay protection: Turn the panel main switch to the "right" side.

　　The main circuit board does not work at this time.

　　(4) The electronic protection function should be used preferentially.

(5) Lack of phase, overload protection function test: The lower right of the main circuit board four micro-buttons, the above one is an overload test, the following three are missing phase test. In the pump normal operation state, press one of the buttons are not moving, should be in 5 seconds automatically tripping, and self-locking. Indicates that the fault protection function is normal. After each automatic trip, should be reset first, the main switch to the "stop" position, static for 15 seconds, you can restart the normal boot.
